Refund and Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the products without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, physically takes possession of the products.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your order by sending us an email at contact@asosmix.com or by contacting us by phone at +44 7488813826. You may also use the withdrawal form available on our website, but its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the products, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the products or hand them over to us at PADOLIS LIMITED, 167-169, Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the products before the period of 14 days has expired.

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that have been unsealed after delivery and that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
